The Association is governed by a State Management Committee (SMC) that is elected by the delegates of all the Branches at the Annual Delegates Meeting and the Presidents of each Branch.See the Honour Roll for the current State Management Committee listing.The State Management Committee meet at a minimum of monthly, currently the third Thursday evening of the month. Additional meetings may be called by the SMC in order to deal with the volume of business at hand. SMC Members are notified by email of these additional meetings.Correspondence, Branch Reports, Branch Minutes, New Member Application Forms and formal written proposals need to be lodged at least one week prior to the monthly meetings.
